Context and Rationale:
Technological and scientific innovation plays a vital role in building a sustainable future, tackling global issues such as climate change, energy transition, health, and social development. Despite progress, achieving gender parity in science and technology remains a challenge.
This roundtable offers a space for dialogue and reflection, aiming to empower women's leadership in science and technology not only as drivers of change but also as key agents in creating innovative solutions.
The session will showcase their contributions, examine persistent barriers, and propose strategies to foster gender equity in academic and scientific environments.
